Hazel

Hazel is the first of the Children of the Old Way we meet in ‘Arisen’. Although her aquamarine hair, pale skin, and waif-like features present an image of a frail and aloof young woman, Hazel is the most powerful COTOW of Ivindfor’s following. When she’s free to use her powers, she flourishes. Yet, if confronted to examine herself or certain situations, she prefers to be aloof and restrained. Her sigil on the novel’s cover is the Lighthouse, which represents where she comes from – The Light of Crescent Tier.
